The

Cheng Men Crosspass. The traffic creeps and aggravates the haze that already
enshrouds the city. As more private cars overburden roads, and public
transport trailing behind, the Chinese government still counts on the
ominous automobile industry set out in the 10th Five Year Plan.

The
above chart shows how internet traffic, i.e. visit of this site, is
being blocked from within China, resulting in 100% packets loss at hop
9. This adds to the fact that harsh media control prevails in China
that disallows civil satellite reception and jamming shortwave radio
from certain sources overseas, such as VOA, BBC, Radio Free Asia.
